The meeting sought input from local IAH immunologists and experimentalist on the modelling assumptions and structure. It was agreed that the existing model required revision before further progress could be made, and this was achieved by the end of the day. It was also decided how the project would progress, including the collation of necessary additional data for parameter estimates and simulation of the new system, with activities taken on by specific participants and sub-groups.
